Adam Jones and his team, they have kept us updated throughout the whole process. Any questions we asked were answered quickly and professionally. I would have appreciated a bit more proactivity. Chasing documents took ages and most of the times was done just via email. Offer was accepted in June, completion in September - 3 months later. Last delay was due to their system reporting the wrong expiring day for my valuation. Not even in this case they apologised nor offered any compensation for their clear mistake. Other misinformation caused additional fees throughout the process. Sale completed in the end and this is my first sale, so cannot compare with anyone else. However it doesn't take a lot to apologise.
